Kinly is a web-based subscription platform that helps individuals connect intentionally for meaningful friendships and events. It is not a dating app, nor a mental health or crisis intervention service.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial.

  • Subscription Fee: After the trial, access continues at £7 per month unless cancelled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Payment Provider: All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Kinly:

  • To harass, harm, or impersonate others

  • To collect information about other users without consent

  • To post abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate content

  • To spam, mislead, or exploit the platform or its users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms.
